Atkins Here I Come

Well I finally got my free Atkins carbs counter and acceptable food list also including the three phase menu and meal bars. I decided to start my new journey to the road of losing weight. I am pretty content with the way I look, but in the other hand I feel very unhealthy. For example, I feel like I'm slower at running, also my feet hurt if I am walking for more than two hours. I'm starting to suffer from extreme back pain. So I decided to end the suffering to my body pain and do something about it. I can complain all my life or I can or can do something about it. Ive decided to do something about it. I might fail miserably, I know its not going to be easy. So far the food choices are amazing, I get to eat every two hours. The only thing that sucks is the meat choices, considering I don't eat meat except for fish. I really don't want to eat fish everyday and there is not a lot of unseasoned soy. Try eating soy with no seasoning, not very good. But besides that I don't feel deprived. I will be posting pictures of my journey. I will be doing the Atkins plan for the first two weeks of every month with my sister. I got the free Atkin kit from sweetfreestuff.com. Gnarly go hard little lady....and bravo to you for listening to your body when its telling you that it needs something .....Now if only I could convience Kitie to help sneak minced medium rare steak into your baked salmon w/ bok choy!!! LOL
