On Our Way
The new year is approaching, most of us are getting ready to party the night away while millions of others prepare for another attempt to lose weight. While most new year resolutions focus on losing weight, getting a job promotion, or spending more time with your family, I propose that you start to focus on your inner self. Try to make a change for the better. Be more patient, nice, and even generous. Volunteer, go to church, pray, pay compliments, just try to change for the good. Every good deed takes time and I'm not saying its going to be easy. Your going to find that helping yourself and others is the best medicine for your soul. MOST importantly learn to love yourself. Do what you love to do, don't be afraid of what others might think of you. If wearing mix matched clothes makes you happy then do so. Its time to be happy and help others feel that happiness as well. Lets try and make our world a happier place. Don't forget to make yourself happy first, remember you cant expect someone else to be happy if your not happy with yourself.

There is so much great talent
There is So much great talent out there in the world that needs to be given a chance. They play the same pop songs over and over in commercials, radio stations, ringtones, and so on. All I'm saying is to give other people a chance. We keep giving the same singers recognition when there is thousands of other singers that deserve more recognition than many of these popular singers like Rihanna, Pitbull, and Lady Gaga. Don't get me wrong I like these singers too but I also take the time to listen to other people as well. Lets give singers like Kurt Nilsen and Sung Bong Choi a chance.

Enjoy!!!
Some of us will miss out on holiday cooking with fear of gaining weight. Personally I know Ive been on the journey of getting in better shape. But I can tell you that for the holidays, weight will be the last thing I think of. Take a break from your diet crazy life and enjoy some home made holiday cooking. Don't miss out on great food because your too worried of gaining three pounds. Just get back on track the next day. So lay back and enjoy a bite or two or three or ten. You will not die from pigging out. So enjoy and like I said don't worry about it.
